Refund Policy

We hereby ensure that the services provided to you through our firm are to your full satisfaction, and are in the best possible and reasonable manner and at affordable rates.

However, we hereby describe the refund policy in which the firm will be bound to refund the “professional fees” paid by concerned client:

Situation-1: Amount paid by the client but there is delay in service’s offered period. This delay should be due to our office personnel is responsible.

Situation-2: Amount paid by the client but no service availed.

We would like to clarify that only refunds of the professional fees component of the charges paid by you shall be considered for a refund.

While receiving an email from your end, our management team will connect you and getting satisfactory answer, will process your refund. Please note that we reserve the right to take the final and binding decision with regard to requests for refund. Most importantly, we wish to clarify that in cases which are outside our control, including but not limited to national holidays, department holidays, delays on the part of the Government of India, the respective State Governments, Our affiliates or elsewhere, acts of war, acts of God, earthquake, riot, sabotage, labour shortage or dispute, internet interruption, power disruption, lack of phone network connectivity, technical failures, breakage of sea cable, hacking, piracy, we shall not liable for any delays.

Please note that 7-10 days will be required to process the request after receiving satisfactory answer as mentioned above.
